- Your company or firm name and whether it is a general contractor, specialty contractor, service contractor, building supplier, or accounting firm.
- Inquiry content
- The sanitized workflow or handoff description you choose to provide.
- Optional research preference
- Whether you are open to product research about the submitted workflow. This choice is optional and is not a marketing subscription.
- Technical and security data
- IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referral and performance information, security signals, and error diagnostics processed when the site and form are delivered.

04 · Providers and systems
How the website and a request move.
Vercel hosts and delivers this website. IONOS provides domain, DNS, and business-email infrastructure. These providers process the technical and delivery records needed to operate their services under their own terms.
When the secure request form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates browser and request signals to determine whether a submission appears automated. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be enabled for privacy-focused aggregate measurement.
When the secure request form is enabled, Resend delivers form messages that pass validation to the cVerseAI shared inbox. Under Resend’s current standard service, sent email data is retained for 30 days. The website does not keep a separate database copy of the form submission.
A website submission does not automatically write to the cVerseAI product, customer systems, or a CRM. If a request is selected for follow-up, an authorized person may manually create a business lead record.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or provide it to data brokers.
05 · Retention
How long we keep it.

- Deleted from the working shared inbox within 90 days after receipt.
- Requests selected for follow-up
- May be saved manually as a business lead and kept while the conversation or relationship remains active, and afterward only as reasonably needed for business records, legal obligations, disputes, or enforcement.
- Delivery-provider copy
- Resend’s current standard service retains sent email data for 30 days. Provider terms and retention may change.
- Technical records
- Hosting, security, and network providers keep technical records under their own documented retention and security practices.
06 · Analytics and cookies
Aggregate measurement, without ad tracking.
Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to measure page views, referral sources, and performance. When enabled, it is configured without custom advertising events, session replay, cross-site profiles, or ad pixels. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting for analytics.
Turnstile is used only when the secure request form is enabled. cVerseAI does not enable Turnstile pre-clearance for this form, so the form is not designed to set a Turnstile clearance cookie.
Successful form deliveries may be counted in aggregate using Resend delivery records. Form narratives, names, email addresses, and company names are not sent as analytics events.
07 · Your choices and rights
Ask to access, correct, or delete.
Email info@cverseai.com with your request. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns you. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
Depending on your U.S. state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal a decision. To appeal, reply to our decision with the word “Appeal” and explain what you want reconsidered.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out required for this site.
08 · Security and boundary
Keep sensitive operating data out of the public form.
Use the form only for a high-level, sanitized description. Do not submit customer names, project records, financial data, credentials, personal information, privileged material, export files, or other confidential content.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for this website and request channel, but no public internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Third-party MCP clients, linked websites, and other services operate under their own privacy notices. This notice does not describe a cVerseAI customer environment or data processing governed by a separate agreement.
09 · U.S. launch and children
A U.S.-first business website.
The website may be visible outside the United States, but Operating Thread Review requests are currently considered only for U.S.-based accounting firms and construction companies.
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit information about children.
