01 · Company and product
cVerseAI operates this website.
cVerseAI and its model-agnostic MCP intelligence layer are developed and available. Initial website intake is focused on U.S.-based accounting firms and construction companies.
Availability for a particular workflow, business, AI client, record set, or implementation depends on configuration, permissions, technical fit, approved scope, and a separate agreement where required.
02 · Website use
Use the site for lawful business evaluation.
You may use this website to learn about cVerseAI, inspect synthetic operating examples, and submit a sanitized Operating Thread Review request.
You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.
03 · Requests and commercial scope
Submitting a request does not create a customer agreement.
There is no charge to submit an Operating Thread Review request. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, a response time, a review date, product access, implementation, price, savings, or any other outcome.
If a request appears to be a fit, we may follow up. Any review scope, timing, fee, product access, implementation, support, data processing, or other commercial commitment must be agreed separately by authorized people.
Do not submit customer names, project records, financial data, credentials, personal information, privileged material, or other confidential content through the public form or general website email.
05 · No professional advice
Website information is not accounting, legal, tax, or compliance advice.
The website and its synthetic examples are general business information. They are not accounting, legal, tax, audit, security, safety, engineering, insurance, or regulatory advice.
You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice and verifying information before relying on it for a business decision.
06 · Examples and third parties
Synthetic traces are examples, not customer records.
Operating traces on this site are synthetic and use evidence-level qualifiers. They do not identify customers, display live customer screens, or promise that every illustrated workflow is configured for every business.
Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients are named only as examples of possible MCP connectivity. Their names do not imply partnership or endorsement. Third-party products are governed by their own terms, plans, availability, and privacy practices.
07 · Ownership
The website and cVerseAI materials remain protected.
The website, cVerseAI name and marks, text, design, diagrams, synthetic traces, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to cVerseAI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms do not grant a license to copy, publish, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial materials from the site except as allowed by law or written permission.
08 · Website disclaimers
The public site is provided as available.
We work to keep the public site accurate and available, but website information may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Nothing on the public site changes an express warranty or obligation in a separately signed agreement.
09 · Liability
Website liability is limited where the law permits.
To the extent permitted by law, cVerseAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations, so those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
