Website terms of use

Effective August 21, 2026

Clear terms for the public cVerseAI website.

These terms apply to this public website and to a Product Walkthrough request. A separate signed agreement governs any cVerseAI product access, implementation, or paid service.

01 · Company and product

cVerseAI operates this website.

cVerseAI and its model-agnostic MCP connection for construction workflows and business records are developed and available. Initial website intake is focused on U.S.-based construction companies and accounting firms offering AI services.

Availability for a particular workflow, business, AI client, or record set depends on the systems, access, technical fit, agreed project, and a separate agreement where required.

02 · Website use

Use the site for lawful business evaluation.

You may use this website to learn about cVerseAI, review its workflow capabilities, and submit a non-sensitive Product Walkthrough request.

You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.

03 · Requests and future work

Submitting a request does not create a customer agreement.

There is no charge to submit a Product Walkthrough request. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, a response time, a walkthrough date, product access, implementation, price, savings, or any other outcome.

If a request appears to be a fit, we may follow up. The review details, timing, price, product access, implementation, support, and data processing must be agreed separately by authorized people.

Do not submit customer names, project records, financial data, credentials, personal information, privileged material, or other confidential content through the public form or general website email.

04 · AI assistance and approval

AI may help with the work; authorized people approve it.

cVerseAI may help a compatible AI search approved records, explain differences, compare options, recommend, create or update permitted workflow records, draft follow-up, or route work.

AI output is not a final decision. Authorized people remain responsible for approvals, contracts, pricing, posting, payment, release, compliance decisions, and financial close.

05 · No professional advice

Website information is not accounting, legal, tax, or compliance advice.

The website and its workflow descriptions are general business information. They are not accounting, legal, tax, audit, security, safety, engineering, insurance, or regulatory advice.

You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice and verifying information before relying on it for a business decision.

06 · Configuration and third parties

Workflow availability depends on each company’s setup.

The workflow descriptions on this site state cVerseAI capabilities. The records, actions, and AI clients available to a particular business depend on its systems, access, technical fit, permissions, and agreed scope.

Compatible third-party AI clients may provide MCP connectivity. Their availability does not imply partnership or endorsement. Third-party products are governed by their own terms, plans, availability, and privacy practices.

07 · Ownership

The website and cVerseAI materials remain protected.

The website, cVerseAI name and marks, text, design, diagrams, workflow descriptions, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to cVerseAI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms do not grant a license to copy, publish, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial materials from the site except as allowed by law or written permission.

08 · Website disclaimers

The public site is provided as available.

We work to keep the public site accurate and available, but website information may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Nothing on the public site changes an express warranty or obligation in a separately signed agreement.

09 · Liability

Website liability is limited where the law permits.

To the extent permitted by law, cVerseAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations, so those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10 · Law, updates, and contact

New York law governs these website terms.

These terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning only these website terms will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the version posted.

Questions about these terms may be sent to info@cverseai.com, raised by phone at +1 (212) 658-1043, or mailed to 82 South 6th Street, Box 12, Brooklyn, NY 11249.
